After officially retiring and serving 60 years in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in July 2022, Bishop Kenneth Wayne Carter gave the title of retired Emeritus Presiding Elder to Rev. Arnold B. Caesar, Sr., at the Louisiana Annual Conference meeting in Shreveport, Louisiana.

After sitting out and not pastoring for two years, but still having a desire to do Ministry free from denominational restrictions the idea and concept of, “ a church without walls” with a love for community ministry was born. The principle idea of ministry would involve three principles: Kingdom Building, Family Building, and Church Building, thus the acronym K-F-C was conceived. The ministry power phrase will be “K-F-C Church!” where we serve “Spiritual Nuggets ” every time we preach and teach. We will maintain a Wesleyan style of worship as well as Wesleyan principles and polity.

We are to be a media-based community ministry using KFC principles in all that we preach, teach, and do. Directed and inspired by the Word of God, the Holy Scriptures our main focus is to develop Kingdom Builders, develop strong Families, and strong Church principles with a desire to do community ministry.
